Look it's cheap, but do NOT rely on it's accuracy. I've been using the scale daily to track my loss from 100KG to 78KG. Though that time, according to the scale, my body fat % has dropped from 33% BF to 27% BF. I now have visible abs, yet the app says my BF % is "dangerously high". That's simply not possible. A DEXA scan say's I'm about 16% BF.
