The product was faulty and when I sent an email they are not being helpful at all and told me to contact Eufy. I contacted Eufy but they said

'I noticed the product was ordered from BestBuy in Australia instead of eufy/AnkerDirect. So we do not have your order record in our system. Know that products sold by the reseller are not covered by eufy's warranty. The reseller is responsible for fulfilling any warranty issues you might have. Please reach out to them to process a warranty claim. '

No one is taking responsibility for this faulty product!
