Customer Review

I have a Dyson Stick vacuum cleaner but are sick of constant charging the battery. Thought it would be good to have a similar product with wire so dead battery will no longer be a pain. After comparing this one with Kmart $29 stick vacuum cleaner which claims only 600W, this one has 1200W with turbo nozzle which sounds just amazing. I assume the suction power is double the kmart brand so it must be better. But it was really disappointing after seeing the real thing. The vacuum head is just a little cheap plastic with two tiny wheels and it gives you this squeaky sound and strange feeling when you pull or push the stick. A proper vacuum head should have two decent sized wheel which can help the stick to slide smoothly. As for the suction power, it does not feel like 1200W and can only deal with light jobs in small area.
Thanks to Amazon that the return process was really easy. I bought the Kmart $29 stick vacuum in the end and are really really happy with it. No wonder Kmart received so many good rating for various products. It is much better quality with such a low price. I would not recommend even trying this Enigma vacuum cleaner as you will end up returning it.
