I have Lipoedema and Primary Lymphoedema so need to wear graduated compression garments to help with the pain and swelling. I purchased these to try out as I have a few other 2XU compression tights and I must say I’m very impressed with the comfort level these give, even though they offer medical grade compression they are comfortable enough to wear all day and the fit is pretty good. I’m a Kmart/Target size 18-20 in bottoms and the XL in these leggings fit perfect. Definitely recommend
