To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
i am listening to audible. audiobook. I am two hours in to the book and i hope it gets better. Mainly so far about her own story growing up and finding out she has abilities but seems too much time spent on this. I hope it gets better. Also they should have gotten a professional voice actress to do the voice. Not only not professional but annoying. when she acts as if she is scared or telling her boyfriend to come home it is like someone in acting 101. I am hoping it gets better and if it does i will certainly change the review to more stars.
I could not connect with any of the characters in this book - including the main one. It was compiled mostly of short story scenarios that all had the same message. Very difficult and tedious reading the exact same message over and over again.
It is more of an autobiography or descriptive narrative about her life than a compilation of stories about the other side. I want less talk about her and more talk about the "light between us". I could care less that she went to college and had boy friends. I don't really care that she had meaningful dreams either or her grandmother had cool tarot cards. This book reminded me more of the book by the Long Island medium, I forgot her name. I read about half of it and got bored. Also, the shipper took 3 weeks to get it to me. Im kind of sad that I purchased a hard copy. If you're looking for a good bood, buy something else, like the Alchemist.
