To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Excellent idea and I have followed the twenty day programme to good effect, however I was in America at the time so it was easier to source all the ingredients mentioned. Most of them can be obtained here but not all. The idea seems sound and from my experience actually works, be warned however you do have to follow it quite precisely and there is quite a lot of cooking involved, I am not sure how easily it would fit in with a really busy life.
Great read, very informative, solid research with some pretty tasty recipes. Only downfall is the preparation involved in the meal planning. In order to create one recipe you’ll need part of another recipe that requires part of another recipe... yes it can be complicated. However, once you get through all the initial cooking, measuring, packing and freezing you’re good to go!!!
Found the plan easy to follow and did not feel hungry. Think I would prefer the book form over the e book. Was nice to have pain free days, still have much to learn but working towards finding more friendly foods.
