To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This spring form pan has a great non-standard size. The metal it is made out of is thick and obviously not cheap. The only problems I had with it are that you need a really thick cheesecake batter in order for the pan to not have any leaks and that all the nooks/crannies are hard to clean (pretty common with spring form pans, though). Would recommend this pan if love to bake smaller dessert portions.
At 72yo I had NEVER made cheese cake so I purchased this pan to check that off my list. The cheesecake was declicious and my crushed oreo crust was dry when I took it out. Sadly my second one didn't have the same experience. I did the water bath for both and on the 2nd I even put foil around it but the crust did get wet. My DIL said she never does the water bath for her cakes so maybe on the next one I will try the dry method. Good pan though!
