I am hoping that they give a little I am a size 8 ordered 9 but cant get my foot in .I got these for my daughter and really hope and pray that she can get them on. Otherwise they look good quality but very small fitting
This item was not true to size and sadly had been purchased as a gift to replace a previously pair so knew exactly the size needed and purchased accordingly. Refund is still to processed by seller more than 3 weeks after the item was returned to them which further compounds the disappointment.
I own this slipper in this same size (8) and wanted a replacement since after a few years it's lost a lot of its loft. But the new ones felt way too small... and when I compared the two versions, my old one and this new one, sole-to-sole (bottom to bottom) I found this new version is over 1/2 inch shorter. This is definitely not the usual snugness of shearling that needs time to mold to one's foot (and is one of the reasons shearling is so nice and supportive as a material). This is straight up TOO SMALL and I don't know why they'd do that, unless they got tired of people complaining about ordering a size down, which is what one used to do with UGGs, if you were savvy, because you knew the wool would compact. Otherwise it's nice, sturdy UGG quality and soft soft shearling. Just Beware and order your TRUE size, not sized down if that's what you're USED to doing with UGGs!
They look and feel like a genuine well made product. I'm confused though, because it has a booklet inside that guides you to a site on how to tell if they’re fake, and some things don't add up. Will update when more info is found.
I have always loved Uggs but this time I am confused. The reason is because the right shoe is much wider than the left, so much so that I am having to return them. It is almost like these slippers have been sitting around for a very long time & have been tried on many many times. I can barely keep the shoe on even with wearing a sock. I love the style, color, fur inside but just can't keep them for the reason I have just explained. Left shoe fits just fine; it is best (at least for me) to order a size larger if one wears a half size i.e. 61/2 since Ugg doesn't offer a half half size.
I wear a 9.5 in a shoe and ordered a 10 instead as I wanted them to have a little bit of room on the inside, and also felt I would need the room if I wanted to wear socks. (They fit well one size up) They look as pictured. The wool inside is warm and comfortable however after just over a month of wearing them inside my home only the wool fell off inside the foot pad area to the rubber. I am very disappointed after paying such a high price. I do NOT believe these are true Ugg's. I have never had this problem with Ugg before. The inside tag says made in vietnam. BEWARE...
