These yoga pants are fantastic. I bought a pair to try and they were so comfortable I immediately bought two more. The prices are different for the different sizes and colours so I would go for the cheapest. This means that while I am a size large and bought two greys in size large, inthe black I actually bought the extra large which still fits (but is a bit looser and a tiny bit longer)168
but I saved a third on the price. But I would say definitely buy some, for the price they are fantastic. They move with you when doing Pilates or yoga and wash really well.

Same medium size Spalding Yoga pant smaller than previous purchase

I bought the same brand Spalding yoga pants in size M previously. I compared the waist band size of my previous purchase with the current purchase of size M. The previous waist measures 31 inches and the current one measures 28 inches. It is frustrating when sizes are not consistent as it is a nuisance to follow up on purchases.

I’ve been wearing these pants for years and ordered a new pair recently after they finally came back in stock. They are terrible now. The fit isn’t the same- waist is tighter with a different style constricting-type waistband, hips are baggier, length is longer, inseam is shorter, and the fabric is thinner and not as soft as they originally were. I’m sure there are others like me who loved these and I wish us all luck in finding a suitable replacement. Such a bummer.

WAISTBAND HAS CHANGED

I bought one pair, LOVED them, bought 2 more and they are no longer the same waistband. It's gone from a wide waistband, to one that looks wide but has a small elastic in the top. You know, the kind of elastic that digs into your stomach despite the rest of the pants fitting fine (very unflattering). So take these reviews with a grain of salt.

Really love these pants, I've bought a least 4 pairs now. Sadly, one of the pairs I received in my most recent order had the stitching undone on one side right out of the package. It was easy to stitch back up, just a bit disappointed.

Since the original review I've bought 3 more pairs. I thought the first two I bought were different, but wasn't sure if it was because I bought Charcoal instead of black as I normally do. I purchased 2 black pairs and got them today, one in M (my normal size, the same size I've been buying these pants in) and one in L. Well the L fits better than the M now, whereas the Ls I had purchased previously, before meeting my goal weight, are far too big and loose and the current Ms are too short and the (new) elastic waistband is a bit snug and uncomfortable. So that confirmed what I wasn't sure about before: they have definitely changed the sizing, quality and length of these pants and I'm really disappointed. Take it from someone who has probably purchased 8 pairs of these pants in Mediums and Larges over the last year, the quality has gone way down and the sizing and length has changed significantly. Unfortunately this is it for me, I won't be purchasing anymore and I'll be returning the medium pair that I recieved today. The Large ones that I am keeping are too big in the waist and crotch area, but the length is preferable to the medium pair (I'm 5'7) so i might need to get the waist taken in. These have been my go to "work from home, gardening, going for walks" pants, but I'll have to look elsewhere in the future when I need a replacement. Changing review from 4 stars to 2.

I don't know what's wrong with this fabric, but it attracts dust and cat hair like crazy!! I bought the black pair and after 1 wash they looked grey because all the dust and cat hair from the house seemed to be on them. I didn't even want to wear them inside because they looked gross. No way that I'm taking 40 minutes to take all the cat hair away manually every time I wear them. They went straight in the garbage. Total waste of money. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the fit was ok, although a little short and made small.

For Spalding, I really thought the fit would be as expected. It wasn't.
I order XL, my normal size, and going by the given size chart.
Well, it might fit my teenager. I'd say it more like a medium. These didn't even go on my behind. That was disappointing as the length seemed like it was great.
They do look well made, just not proportioned right.
Unfortunately I had to return them.

I purchased these in black large 6 months ago and really liked them. So I just re-ordered in charcoal colour, but they are not the same quality. Most annoying is that the elastic in the waistband is half the width of the seam and very hard. Must be knock-off of the originals.

I regret this purchase, medium yoga bootleg pants came with a hole in the upper leg near the crotch. I didn’t want yoga pants that I need to fix the seam or be concerned about other seams before washing or wearing them.

Bought a new pair of the grey ones and the fabric is very different from the ones I loved for years. They are pilling already despite not being put in the dryer. Also the elastic in the waist band is not as comfortable. Sad to say will not be buying these again. I miss the original version of these pants.

The fit is basically fine on these (I'm curvy), especially if you like bootcut which I do, but I did not like the fabric. It is mostly cotton but it feels a bit rough. It has so much texture, in fact, it swishes and bunches up between my thighs as I walk and feels uncomfortable. They're not good enough for exercise or house pants. I returned.
