En vez de ser un ajuste holgado, estos shorts al parecer se deben de medir según la cintura de la persona y no su cadera. Fuera de ello aunque la tela se ve durable tras dos días de uso se le han formado pelusas que indican desgaste de la misma
I placed an order for 4 pairs of cargo shorts from Amazon, all size 42 waist, all completely different brands made in completely different places. I'm 6'1" tall, weigh about 250 pounds, and have VERY fit, strong legs and a large-ish waist. The shorts I ordered were these Dickies, Southpole Men's Belted Ripstop Basic Cargo Short,Carhartt Men's Rugged Cargo Short Relaxed Fit, and Riggs Ripstop Ranger Short.
These Dickies were ok. The waist sits higher than I'm used to, a fair bit higher than is necessary to keep my butt crack from being exposed when I bend over. Maybe plumbers should consider wearing these. But the legs are HUUUUGE!!! It's like wearing a tent on each leg! Looked nothing like the model in the photo.
The pockets are deep and easy to access. The material feels stiff, but that seems to be a trademark of the Dickies brand. From experience, I know that it softens up nicely over time.
I'm not sure if I'll keep them. The legs feel so cavernous, it's not very pleasant. I guess they DO have the words "loose fit" in the name, but this is ridiculous.
I bought a pair of 34 waist first for my husband. These fit well everywhere except a tad tight in the waist. So, we ordered another pair in size 36 waist. These fit well in the waist (maybe even a little loose), however, they were way too loose fitting everywhere else besides the waist, and basically looked like "clown pants". We returned them both.
I have tried a number of different brands of cargo shorts. These rank among the worst. The pockets are shallow. There is not really enough room for double fold wallet, let alone a larger phone. Also, the belt loops are not big enough to run a 1.5" standard web belt through. When you walk, the fabric bunches up on the front of the leg. They just are not comfortable. The only recommendation I can give for these is to not get them.
If you’ve ever had a pair of Dickies work slacks (heavy duty, ridged) then imagine having those in shorts form! These were not comfortable. They were not loose. I can’t imagine them being cargo worthy…as a jar of mayonnaise would never fit in these pockets
These are made high quality to last a long time, but the fabric is so thick!! I ended up with swamp ass all day because these things do not breathe whatsoever. If you are looking for fall time shorts then maybe, do not buy for summertime
Size is too small. All my pants and shorts I own are size 34 waist. I got this in 34 and way too small and tight. Also didn't notice that it doesn't have a strong button, what it does have is a weak looking dress pants metal slide on button thing. No good for me. I thought cargo meant tough with strong buttons and comfortable fit. Not useless snazzy dress shorts. Have to return them now.
