My husband bought a few pairs of these shorts for work 3 years ago and is still wearing them. He liked them so much he decided to add a few more to the rotation. So we bought 2 more and the new ones are his "day off" pairs while the "old" pairs are strictly for work. Dickies always makes sure their articles of clothing are well made, and these are really no exception. The downside is that it takes a LONG time for them to soften up and get really comfortable. It probably doesn't help that we machine wash them but then hang them to dry - I think that preserves the quality and prevents excessive wear, but then it also prevents for the fabric to break down and get cozy. The way we dry them, they'll probably last forever.

Good quality work shorts but fit way too small, order a size or two up, I should've returned the ones I bought but didn't and now regret it.

The shorts are great. Fit nice. My fault for not noticing they were Dickies. That means heavy duty cotton so they are made of a stiff cotton fabric. Aside from that, they are fine
