I'm 5'2 so I usually have to look for petite clothing. However, I'm also overweight and VERY curvy which makes it even harder to find proper clothing. I usually wear a size 16 jean, but I've always been told to size up with dress pants. So I went for a size 18 and bought regular length just to see how they fit. Needless to say, sizing up was the perfect idea. These pants fit perfectly around the waist and they reach just above the floor with my shoes on. They are a little snug in the crotch area, I've noticed a hint bit of a camels toe which is annoying. Also they lose color immediately after first wash and wrinkle quickly which is absolutely annoying. I'd say, after wearing them for a bit, overall they are below average for work and not a great investment. Especially not for the price.

I can't understand why these are advertised as women's pants when they are clearly not designed to fit a body with hips and a round belly. Women are not built like men, give us some breathing room! The waist is suffocating and after an 8 hour shift in the Florida sun, it looks like I have a giant scar around my midsection. Find some pants that are built for women...you know the ones with a little extra cushion to...what's it called...grow humans.

I was super excited about these pants when I got them, but after a couple wears and washes they are basically my last resort work pants if I have nothing else clean. I’m giving them 2 stars because the length is perfect but next to that they are super uncomfortable. The waist which I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear just fits and the pockets gap so bad that I have to make sure I’m wearing a longer shirt that covers them. By far, the absolute worst thing is the material, it faded after one wash and every single time I wash them I ended up having to scrub out streaks left by the detergent by hand. Not happy at all

Low Quality - Not the Same Dickies Bought In Stores

I used to wear Dickies all the time throughout high school and college (early 00'-mid 10's) from a local Kmart, and just a couple of years ago not only was the texture of the pant different, the fit was different, the feel was different, etc. The pants are terrible. I'm ashamed I didn't notice before wearing them to an event where I had to walk around door to door. I thought I had dressed decently, but a candid photo of my taken by a friend definitely showcases how gawd awful these pants look. I bought my usual size and haven't gained weight since the last pair I had purchased before my local Kmart closed, so when I bought these through Amazon and noticed that they didn't quite fit, I didn't think too much of it because I didn't want to return them (I just didn't want the hassle), but I completely dislike how these pants show every bit of cellulite. I'm not used to that and don't like tight clothes in general, so this may just be my fault for not returning them when I had a chance.

Definitely be aware that these are not like the older Dickies most folks by in-store. They feel cheaper and thinner, and wrinkle easily, and show cellulite. It's just not appealing. Maybe going up a size or two from what you normally buy will help other potential buyers.

Dickies is a well-known brand of quality pants. I have no doubt in my mind that these will last for a long time. But, the fit of these made them unbearable. They fit much too tight around my hips so I'm awkwardly trying to figure out if I should pull them up to my belly button and have them be super high-waters, or pull them down so they aren't high waters, but fit terribly tight on my hips. Either way, when I sat down they were much too short. Unflattering. I am what I would consider 'average size,' too. I am 5'7'', 135 lbs, and I wear a 2 or 4 in pants. These are the kind of pants that you want to CUT YOURSELF OUT OF at the end of your day.

I don't know where to begin. I read a lot of review saying that these pant runs small. So I want up a size. (12 regular) Nope LIES!!! There is nothing small about this pants. These pants sits past my bellybutton, the are extremely long, and the bottom of these pants are bell dottom. They are not nothing like the picture. Snice everything is closed right, I will be ordering again in the right size, in hopes of a different story.
