Not robust enough for the job

Very thin drilled a drainage hole in the bottom very carefully. Attached it to the fence after planting with a small grass plant within ten minutes it came off the wall having lost half the back where the pre drilled holes were. The paper thin material at the back was not strong enough. It therefore gave way at its weakest point debri if material compost and plant in the floor. Very disappointed.

We were very excited for this product. On arrival we opened the package to see a huge chunk was missing from one side, and the metal mounting brackets on the back were no where to be seen. There is no glue residue so I doubt they were ever attached to begin with. Although a beautiful looking product, the quality is atrocious and the fact it is missing pieces is absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely tiny. Yes the dimensions are technically accurate(ish) at their absolute widest points but his face only makes up about 2"x4". Ridiculous looking, honestly. Made poorly, too! One of the glued-on metal hanging brackets fell off immediately. Super disappointed. Not worth $25.

WellI love the look of this piece but there are four different places where there are holes in it. I took pictures of it, circled the holes, wanted to send the pictures to the company that I bought it from but I cannot find anyway to get a hold of them. I can’t even find a way to email them. It would be hard to place a plant in this planter without it leaking every time I watered it with all the holes in it. Too bad.

Totally disappointing. It is cheap, plastic-looking, not at all like other resin-type decorative garden items. It did not feel solid. It also was like 2 colors, with no variation between any of the facial features, hair, etc. I guess if you want to paint it yourself, it would be an improvement. There were 2 pieces rattling around inside the container too. Not sure where they were from. But after seeing this piece of junk, I just packed it right back up.
