I was a little underwhelmed when it got here as far as the quality of the sculpture but I knew it was cheap when I bought it. I was going to hang it up anyway but as I started to the plates on the back that allow you to hang it fell off because they used cheap glue. There are 2 tiny holes in the plates that make me think they were supposed to have connected the plates to the sculpture more securely but didn't. Unfortunately for me, one of the plates was lost when it fell so now I have no way of attaching it to a wall. Good thing I didn't have any actual plants in it when it fell apart.
This is a perfectly-satisfactory piece of art, however its designer sets some kind of record for dumb. The top is completely open, and there are no drain holes in the bottom. If you hang it on a tree, the first time it rains it will fill up with water, which will then stagnate because it can’t run out. I suppose the sculpture would work out fine if you hung it somewhere inside.
I was very happy with the first one I ordered but the second one is so thin it is see through and a very washed out tan color compared to the dark brown one I first bought. Will certainly not buy again and chances are will not buy anything from this company again if their quality control is so poor.
The item is defected and the hanger holes on the back have a metal piece in which the nail or screw hinges on. Both pieces immediately fell out. They are cheaply glued into the socket holes. When they pop out you have to try and glue them into place again with something stronger or the face will not hang properly.. Until that is fixed- would not recommend.
