I like the ways these are made. I even like the material. However I do not like the sizing. I bought a 44 in these. In a bra I wear 42DDD in a balconette bra. I was thinking since I wear a DDD, I could get a 44 and they would fit well. Well they did not. They were too lose around, but the cup size was like wearing a B or C cup. My girls looked like 2 gigantic biscuits squishing out the sides and top of this bra. I should have uploaded a picture, but thought I'd get flagged for loading porn. It was an ugly sight. Oh I also took out the padded thingy's inside (the cookies??) first. I never sent the bra's back because they would have cost as much for shipping, as the price was. So these were a no.
As bras go, these are pretty bulky. They cover a lot of skin, so they aren’t suitable if you want to wear them under a tank top or a cropped sports top. They also ride high in the underarm area, which is the problem I was trying to avoid. The top of the side bands dug into my armpits. I had ordered a smaller size earlier, but those really dug into my underarms (painfully). The larger size didn’t fix the problem, but wasn’t painful. The cut of these bras just wasn’t comfortable for me, as the underarm bands were too high, even in various sizes. The cup sizes were ok, which is the only reason I gave the Fit as Expected rating.
I always wear a size 40 in Fruit of the Loom sports bras. Tried this style. First it's about 1-2 sizes too small. Second, it has removable cup inserts, which would be nice if fitted properly. They are triangle shaped and are very visible through tops. They do not go edge to edge of the cups but rather are smaller. You can see the entire outline of the triangle. The fit was awful...very high under the arms and back coverage. I thought the little seaming down the front would maybe help separate the breasts a little. It doesn't. They looked so smooshed and pushed together, it almost looks like I have one gigantic breast in the middle of my chest....and the fabric felt itchy....ugh... And the shipping box was torn completely open. No tape on the top and my receipt was missing. Not delivered by usual UPS or Post office... Returning these
I like that the material is breathable. Good stretch, but the only issue I have is the elastic band. The way it's sewn it is bulky and weird. Band is a bit twisted inside of fabric. I was looking for a comfortable everyday sports bra. I believe if the issues with the sewing were fixed it very well could be a great product.
Nhad breast reduction and need to still sleep in bra that holds me in- I have to wear over my t short or nightgown because they aren’t well made inside- so I wear inside out but they make me too hot when doubling up over t shirt or night down so when
There was no secure fit, compression, stabilization, etc. It was like a stretchy casual sleep bra that had some pads in it. I kept it for casual wear and because it was cheap. But absolutely NOT a sports bra. Im a 42C for reference.
I was quite disappointed with these bras. The stuffing in the cups and the way the bra is constructed makes it look as if you have one large boob. The bras are too large and come up too high on the chest. I may return.
I was excited about a bleach-able cotton sports bra with the "cookies" as my coworkers are all men. The size is correct, but on me the straps were too short, and I was pulling the sports bra down all day. The band underneath is too flimsy to anchor it, so there was no support. It definitely gives you a "unibreast" and that gather down the middle shows through a medium weight t-shirt. You could hurt yourself jogging in this sports bra. The sports bras seem to have come through the wash ok but are going to a clothing charity. *They may fit other people better, but didn't work for me.
I really wanted to love this bra - but just cannot love it. The bra part is great - soft and cottony, provides decent support for my 38D working around the house and in the yard. But the underband simply isn't wide enough to be support the girls over a day - it rolls up and curls, which means I can only wear the bra for a couple hours or so before the support fades. It's only 1" wide, so doesn't hold over long wearing. A real shame - if it was 1/2" to 1" wider, it would really hold the girls in over the course of a day. Very, very difficult to find an all-cotton with support for under $50. Compared to the Bali bralette, which is not cotton and doesn't have nearly the support but at least stays in the same place all day, the FOTL is a Return.
The pads inside are not sewn in so when you wash them the pads wrinkle and fold up ut there is no way to pull them out to readjust them. Now its unbearable because the pad makes my boobs look lumpy. Otherwise comfortable
