I have a similar product for my son that we love so I decided to get this one as a gift for a friend's toddler. This item is terrible quality! The board has areas that cannot be "erased" and the overall construction feels like I bought it at the Dollar Tree. I mean I love the Dollar Tree but everyone knows you get what you pay for. In this case, I did not get what I paid for! Buyer beware!
My 2 year old who LOVES to write ion ANYTHING (diagnosed asd) drags this thing around with her like a stuffed animal. Poor thing! But it withholds getting dragged, dropped, stepped on etc. it’s colors which is awesome because visual stimming is her jam. We love so much we ordered a second one to put in her sensory club house :)
It is pretty big to travel with, but we have a $1 one from the dollar section of target to travel with.
It’s fine. My kids like it, but the drawings start to disappear before you can even finish drawing it. I realize it’s not meant to be permanent but when you literally cannot finish drawing a spider before it starts to fade away, what’s the point?
We have two of these and one of them is better than the other, the colors last a little bit longer. So maybe we got one lemon. Not willing to buy another to find out.
I bought this drawing board for my toddlers. They love drawing on it. They also love the colors. The size is good for them for hold while not too small to draw. But there are a few things I do not like: - There is no string for the magnetic shapes. Once they are picked up, they could go anywhere, - The writings cannot go all the way to the edge. - The board cannot be erased completely after a while. There are always some residual colors left on the board.
This was much bigger then I thought it would be. But it's really nice and it serves it's purpose. I have been using it to help my 5 year old learn how to write her numbers and letters. After covid quarantine she got bored and tired of simple paper, flash cards etc. By doing her work on this it makes it fun and she enjoys it
I bought 2 of these for our two youngest grandchildren ages 2 and 3 and they were a huge hit with both of them and they both love it. My daughter in law said they are very good quality and much better than one she previously purchased. They are visiting us this Summer and I thought it would be perfect for them to use on the plane while flying to our home from Florida. Very pleased with this purchase and the screen is larger than another one I had looked at.
My daughter (almost 4 y/o) has enjoyed this so far, but I thought the quality was lacking compared to the YueWei brand version we recently tried at a friend’s house. This one is very lightweight and is hollow, with no backing to support the drawing surface. So as you draw or stamp, the surface shakes slightly and parts of your drawing fade as you work. This can be frustrating to a little one trying to create a drawing — or, honestly, even to an adult like me who likes to take a turn doodling!
My toddler loves to “write” so I got this so she could write endlessly. It does the job well. It sometimes requires multiple erases to get the colors completely gone. I also didn’t realize this was the fancy one with the four corner colors vs the plain black when writing. It’s a good way to teach colors and shapes since it has magnets also. Would recommend.
