I'm 5'2", 100lb, and the small fits enormous on me - the shoulders hang off weird and the neckline doesn't lay flat. the shirt itself is made well but the small fits me like most medium shirts would.

Nice quality for the price but fit WAAAY too small. I am usually very comfortable in an XL so I bought a XXL and the shirt barely fits across my shoulders and it is very short. I would say it fits like a short L.

Ordered my usual size, Medium, in this. I'm 5'9", 150, muscular, athletic, bigger chest than hips. I'd say if you're between sizes, maybe size up. It's not that the cut isn't pretty true to size – it is. It's that the material has that cheaper, coarse polyester feel, and shows every line of your bra or the top of your shorts; it clings in weird places. I did not find it to be a flattering fit compared to Nike, Under Armour, or even other Amazon generic or Chinese brands – kinda boxy in the midriff, a bit clingy in the chest, shoulder seams don't seem to play nice. The seams and the material weight just add up to a less-than-stellar look, and it's not as breathable as lighter, better workout fabrics. Not a fan.

I just received my Hanes Women's Sport Performance v-neck tee in the ebony heather color. I like the color and the light fabric. I like the price as an add on. I felt this shirt runs extremely small for a Womens 2x large. I took my chances and figured it would fit me comfortably. However, it didn't fit me comfortably as I thought that it would. It isn't unbearable, just snug in the chest and stomach area & not loose fitting. Therefore, I will not wear it in the gym! I don't want to bother with returning it because I can wear it somewhere and the price was ok. It is tight in the chest area because I have an "chest"! I wouldn't recommend it for women who are d cups and up. Now, I will continue on my quest to find the ideal workout shirt that fits all of me!

This shirt runs VERY SMALL. I wear a size 14. I like my clothes loose, so I always order plus sizes. Don't be like me and mistake this for a 2X because it's not. It's one size larger than XL. In plus sizes, it fits like a very snug 1X. The fabric is lightweight and very comfortable. It's a great shirt if you aren't bigger than a size 12.
