This corset is pretty, but it's flimsy and too expensive. I've bought corsets of similar or even better quality for half the price, but this is the only one I could find in the color I needed that would be here in time for my event. I'm still considering returning it.

I was immediately disappointed with how thin and papery it feels, and how soft the boning is. It will still help to shape you if you lace it right, but it takes work.

This brings me to my second point. The laces weren't on correctly and aren't long enough to be able to lace it by myself. The cord is also quite thin. I've only worn it long enough to make sure it fits, so I don't know how well it'll hold up.

Third, the arm straps are NOT adjustable even though they look like they are. This was a big part of the reason why I bought it. I think I may end up having to cut them to be able to adjust them, but I don't want to compromise the quality further.

To sum it up, I'd be fine with most or even all of this if this was maybe $20-30 tops, but $52 is a lot. It does look pretty cute if you're in a pinch, though. I'm 6ft 215lbs, 37in waist and 39in bust. A 2x fit me pretty well. I could've possibly gone up to 3x, but it was already too big in the chest for me even after tightening the front all the way. It does at least do a good job of "pushing up" what little I do have, though!

This is a good looking corset from far away, the style is amazing but the quality is trash. The material of the corset feels okay, not good, not bad. The ties are the cheapest quality available and the zipper feels like it is going to snap or break at any second. I have a lot of corsets and this corset is a cheap $20 maybe $25 costume corset. I will be returning it to Amazon. Plus I found the same one on a Halloween costume site for $22! That's how much it is worth.

It looks good but seems WAY too small... I ordered a Medium which, according to the size chart should be my size, but I wish I'd listened more to the reviews and ordered like XL at least (yes, 2 sizes up or more I'm sure). Or maybe my perception of the size accuracy is wrong since I am not using it as a "real" corset, but just as a costume thing and I don't actually want it to be really tight (the shoulder straps are a bit loose though, so that would support this theory that maybe it's not as small as I think)...anyway, I would order 2 sizes bigger EASILY for my purposes of having it fit me comfortably.

I'm sure this corset would be great on someone full busted, which is clearly the only market that fashion corsets cater to. Ordered a small because it said that it fit a 30 bust. No. No it does not. At least not in the way that you want it to fit. The ties in the front are literally as tight as they can go, so no more nice v-neck, and it fits just kinda snug. Not really though, you still kinda move around in it. If you have a small chest (I'm a 32B for reference) avoid this, and honestly all other fashion corsets because they'll just make you sad/angry. 🙄

~BACKGROUND~
Ordered to use for a costume for my 5'4" curvy wife who normally wears XL. Ordered a size up based on reviews.

~PROS~
- Nice style with the lacing in the front and back

~CONS~
- Ordered size up and was still too small
- Straps were too long (looks like it fits better for taller women)
- 50% PU and 50% Rayon material was not appealing. Expected a smoother leather, but was a rough almost suede-like finish.

~CONCLUSION~
Overall not happy with the corset and returned it due to sizing, fit and quality.

Ok so I had many problems with this. First it didn't fit my larger breasts. 2 it wasn't adjustable on shoulders. 3 the zipper broke first time trying it on. 4 the shoulder ripped the first time trying it on because it kept sliding off my shoulder. It looked nice but it was extremely uncomfortable and could not bend at all. I have many other corsets but this one was just bad and putting it on so so difficult.

However... the bodice I received must have been used by someone else because it came damaged. The straps were cut clean off, and there were holes sliced into them. Apparently it didn't fit the person that had this item before me. I'm processing the return now and still deciding if I will purchase this item from this seller again. I love it, but I don't want to waste any more time with damaged items.
