I’m usually an L but I didn’t want it to be skintight so I ordered an XL. I’m quite short so the sleeves on the XL were too long for me. I had to sew it up to make it shorter and it’s all good now. Other than than, it’s pretty great, very lightweight, and breathable. Can’t wait to use this for workouts! I’ll be buying more. Another review says that there’s 2 shirts included, it only comes with 1.

Polyester gives shirt a sheen to it. But looks like a proper workout top. Fits nicely. Not too tight under arms which I hate. Nice length in torso so when you lift arms no midriff is showing. Overall good quality for price so long as you don't mind the sheen appearance

I think if you were running and getting really warm these would be great. They are very thin material. If you are buying them to wear under a tshirt to keep your arms warm for every day they are not a great choice. The material is too thin. I bought an xl and they are tight. They still fit but they are tight. So if you want a little room think about sizing up. I am happy with this purchase because of what I use them for which is work where I move around a lot.

Liked it enough that it was ordered again, next size up. As well as in a second colour too. It also was snug so had to go up to the next size. Used the sizing chart and other people’s reviews……but was wrong first try in both colours. Not sure why pink did not fit same as blue. But happy with second attempt to size correctly. Strange when they were both ordered from the same vendor.

Other than fitting on the small side...these are great shirts for working out. Since I was working out in a garage (cooler than my regular workout room) I needed something to cover more of my arms. I realize that these shirts are supposed to fit the body closely but I was just unaccustomed to this...once I "got over" that, they are doing just what I need them to do...great vibrant colours. Only gave a 4 because of the fit.
