Start to Rust Really Quickly

I wanted to LOVE these. In looks, they were the perfect finishing touch for my French Country bathroom.
Unfortunately, within a month they started showing signs of rust on the hooks. Less than a year, the silver finish has all but been eaten away by the rust and has stained my white ruffled shower curtain. Super cute, maybe for a bathroom that doesn't get a lot of use.

The first two pictures are from today in Nov 2019. The last two were from when they were installed in mid Feb 2019.

I thoughtI was getting a set of medium to light pink rose shower curtain hooks. These are a deep pink bordering on a magenta!! Not al all what I thought I was ordering for my bath. I think I will be returning them. I do not believe I could ever paint them to make them look like what I wanted. Also the leaves are a brown, not a green as I expected.

Upon arrival 2 pieces were broken, but the shipping box was in perfect shape. We super glued them back together and made due. Not a sturdy product. Looked good online, not so in reality. We were even short one hook for a standard shower curtain. These aren't things you think about when you are ordering shower hooks. You just expect to get exactly what you need and that they are in tact. :(

Being wheelchair bound, I chose these for convenience sake and price. Thwarted on both ends. They appear to be held together with the minimalistic amount of glue possible and the colors more muted. I would not recommend this product.

These are really cute but beware they do not slide smoothly across the curtain rod at all. You can't just pull on the curtain to open/close it as you normally would, you have to scoot the hooks.
