Top too large

I ordered a size small (PINK) in this top according to the measurements provided, but this top fits as a Medium to Large and is way to big for me. I contacted the provider and the only option was to return the item for a refund which was to cost $24 Australian Dollars to return ( I Paid that amount for the actual top). There is no option to exchange size even though there chart measurements are one to two sizes bigger than shown on the chart sizes provided on the web sight. I am now stuck with a top I cannot wear as by the time I have returned the top and gotten a refund it would have cost me nearly $50.

As the tops measurements seem to be incorrectly marked larger than what the actual size is meant to be, I should be given an exchange for a smaller size or a refund without me having to fork out more money when it is no fault of my own, the onus should be on the company/provider to make sure their product size is marked correctly.

Finally found a good quality longer sleeved t-shirt. I’m tired of cheap t-shirts you wash a couple of times and become misshapen and/or stitching coming apart. This is good quality cotton with enough lycra for the price. It is thicker and not sheer at all and appropriate for cooler weather. Will be getting more in other colours. I got the medium and have a 38” bust x 35” waist x 44” hip.

Update wore top twice and already has a rip under right arm. Thank God I didn’t go ahead and order more. Nothing is made with a kind of decent quality. I guess we are supposed to throw things out after a few wears. Can’t trust any company anymore it’s all crap!!!!!

TRASH- This arrived ripped and the entire side of the shirt wasn’t even sewed together!! So disappointing as I ordered this for my mother and she went to go put on and notices there was no sticking even holding the entire side of the shirt together!!

If it wasn't a pain to return we would have sent it back, but for an item at this level it isn't worth the hassle. I'm shocked this is a Hanes product, as it is really poorly made. I never would have purchased this for my wife if I had seen it first hand in a brick and mortar store.

This shirt does not feel like cotton and for a raglan sleeve it should fit better not worse. It has a poor neckline, really it is just a sacky shape and does not fell at all comfy. Not at all worth the money, a poor Hanes product
