I debated between these and the Lark & Ro skinny pants, and since I was shopping for work pants, decided to start with these as they are a little "safer" for work than skinnies. I am 5' 4" 165 lbs and between a 10 and a 12. I got these in a 12. They are not exactly the most stylish, but they are pretty flattering and very comfortable. Run a little roomy and do tend to need to be pulled up throughout the day. If I could reorder, I'd get them in a 10. Overall a solid work pant I never mind wearing.
UPDATE: I am knocking off one star, because after hand washing these pants (hung to dry), they are so very wrinkled. I can't wear them without ironing them. I think I may not purchase another pair now. If I needed them as part of a uniform, I would. But I wanted to use them for the office.
Original review: These pants are the perfect 'straight leg' pant- not too slim on the leg. They are very comfortable, too. They have a nice stretch to them, without being too stretchy. The waistband isn't tight or uncomfortable in any way.
I would call these 'business casual' pants- because the material is nice, but it isn't dressy looking. It almost looks like a pair of uniform pants. The material is matte, not shiny at all.
I hope Amazon makes these in more colors, like: Navy Blue, Dark Grey, Plaid, etc.
FYI- I would suggest hand washing & line drying- to increase the life of the pants. Machine washing would be too rough.
These pants arrived neatly packaged and wrinkle-free. They fit me well, and are very comfortable, so I wore them right away. No discomfort issues at all. The fabric is a bit noisy, so if that bothers you, you may not want them. My least favorite things are 1. No pockets, zipper/button, or belt loops! 2. The waist has minimal stretch, so it was quite difficult getting the size 2 pant over my 38” hips to my 26” waist. If you have a lot of curve in the hips, these won’t be for you.
4.0 out of 5 starsIts a great pair of pants if you know your size.

I am 12 weeks postpartum and slowly but steadily trying to get back into my pre pregancy body. Currently I weigh 160 pounds and i am 5 feet 3 and a half inches tall and the size 12 pants are great for work and it fits me around the waist. My only concern is, it doesn't come with any loops around the waist to add a belt to your look. Since I am constantly loosing weight every week, I have already started to notice these pants to be slightly on the looser side since i used it 3 weeks ago. I wish i would wear them a little while longer but without a belt it is going to be too loose for me. $40 is a considerable amount of money for a pant especially if you are in the transitional phase like me as far as your body shape is concerned. If you know your size, i think this is a great pair of pants that is easy to maintain and is comfortable to wear.
4.0 out of 5 starsDarn a little too long but.......

These pants are very, very comfortable. The material stretches and conforms without being binding. I’m 5’4” and usually wear a 6 or 8 short length. I got the 8 in these and they’re a good fit. The legs are cut slim and they do taper. They are about an inch too long for me so I will hem them. I like the feel and the tailored look of these pants.
