I have bought 3 different colors, all size 12 petite. Each fits differently. First pair I bought fit perfectly, second third pairs were tight. I love the material and colors, just wish sizes were consistent.
So this one is a bit complicated. I needed inexpensive work pants after packing on some covid-19 pounds. First pair i bought i was like AWESOME ( dark wash jeans) so I bought 3 other pairs. That is where things take a turn. The black pair was more snug but fit, but after 1st wash they faded a ton and shrank to a skinny jean fit. The gray Heather pair started pulling in the thigh rub area almost instantly. The plaid pair is stretchy and looks nice but is a full size bigger despite the label. I wish the quality and fit was more consistent, but I guess that's what you get for the price.
I'm 5'9", tall through hip and legs relative to my torso. I bought longs and they were plenty long for wearing with a 3" heel. However, they were really short in the crotch. Getting them over all of my backside meant front wedgie. Also, I normally wear a 10 or 12, but ordered a 12 hoping they'd be a bit looser. The material was soft and stretchy, so I was able to button and zip them. If the material were more stiff and structured, there is no way they would have closed. They were also tight on my thighs, not a problem I generally have. If the fit weren't so far off, they'd be pretty good pants for the price.
I ordered these pants in a 6 reg and an 8 reg since I seem to be between both sizes in most brands. The 6 fit, but was very long (I am 5'3"), so then I tried on the 8. It fit exactly the same, except they were the perfect length (figure that one out). That being said, I did not find these to be a flattering fit at all, even though they would be comfortable. They just aren't cute. There is so much compression stretch in them that you would have to wear a thong to not have visible panty lines (no thank you), and because the stretch is so firm, it made my butt look really flat (which it is not). Anyway, it was worth a shot, but the search for cute pants continues and these are going back.
The pants are comfortable but the fabric is a magnet for every pet hair, piece of dust or string you walk by. The plastic size label left a residue on the pants leg. For these reasons I will not order any more.
I bought a navy pair of these in 10 long at the store and loved them. So I found them online and bought a black pair in the same size. However, I could barely get those on (too small). The seller was great about exchanging them to a size 12, but they didn't have long in stock. The new 12 regular are shorter than I'd like and fit a little snug in the waist. It's just strange how the same pair of pants in another color can fit so differently. I wish I was able to get long length in size 12. I can deal with the snug waist, but hate wearing short pants.
They have changed the material in these pants. I have 2pr that have lasted almost 2yrs as uniform pants. I ordered 2 more and they have changed the material and cut in these pants. The material is like a sateen and are already pilling in the upper thigh area. I've only had them a mth. They are slimmer thru the thighs. I ordered the exact style numbers as before but was very disappointed.
I ordered two pair, one green and one black. The green came with a snag on the front, right pant leg, and the black came with some extra threads hanging out of the seam in roughly the same spot. The fit is great, though so it's hard to complain too much. I'm 5'9", about 155, longer-legged than torsoed. I ordered 6L and they hold everything in the way they should, and the length is perfect. I still want to get a few more pair to see if the workmanship with these two is just a fluke.
