I've been buying Lee pants for my casual work attire for years and have been through many of their style changes over the years. At first feel, I loved these pants...then I started wearing them. The love is still there thanks to the look and feel of the fabric BUT, oh my goodness, the lint! These pants have a true black color and they kind of look a little like dress pants (except they a little thicker material and fit like Lee's). The waistband is great also and doesn't gap in the back. But be warned, you need a lint roller with you at all times! I still like them and I will definitely keep wearing them. Stay calm and lint roll on!

There are size variations between colors

I purchased three pairs in different colors at the same time. black (12 med); grey (12 med); and maroon (12 long). For reference, I'm 5'8", 175lbs, 31" inseam (with flat shoes).

If these all fit like the maroon pair, I'd keep all three but the fit varies quite a bit between them & I hope the pictures will show it better. Measurements are taken flat:

Maroon fit, slimmer leg through the thigh with 8" leg opening. Waist fits just right, 17" across unstretched, front rise 10", 32" inseam.

Grey pair fit looser through thigh with a 8.75" leg opening. Waist comfortable but skosh loose, 17.5" across, unstretched, front rise 9.75", 31" inseam.

Black pair fit loose, more like relaxed fit with almost 9" leg opening. Waist a bit too big at 17.75" across, unstretched, front 10" rise, 30" inseam.

I'm keeping the maroon and grey, and returning the black pair (a bit too big, little too short and considering these have stretch to them, they'll only look sloppier as the day wears on).

I'm usually very happy with Lee pants and jeans. The size 6 fits larger than I expected based on previous pants from Lee and the size chart ( I'm 5'6", 30" waist and 135 pounds). This pair doesn't look as flattering on me as some of my other Lee pants. I tried washing them in warm to shrink them a bit, but that caused the top plastic part of two of the buttons to break off. My fault since it does say to wash in cold...I was just trying to get them to fit better...so definitely recommend you follow the care instructions.
