They hold quite well, and are made of a soft plastic or silicone. Definitely exactly what I paid for.

They're probably best used with long hair but really I think you could make it work regardless if you needed to.

The fast delivery makes the price worth it but I believe if you're willing to wait a significant amount of time it may be cheaper to look around. Regardless I'm pleased with my purchase!

I ordered both the Long and Short elf ears, since I wanted the variation and I got two differently packaged sets of the same length of ears. The "Long" elf ear package was identical to the short ones, colour size and all.

The product itself is fine, it's exactly what I wanted... I just got two copies of the same thing, instead of two individual ones. I'm not sure if this was a delivery fault or if they truly just sell one type and advertise it incorrectly.

The listing clearly states that these are silicone. I am allergic to latex, which is the only reason that I purchased these ears for a costume. They are LATEX and it even says that on the packing that I received. These were unwearable and I am very unhappy with this purchase.

It is clear from the package these are NOT silicone. The package clearly says on it that these are LATEX EARS. I am severely ALLERGIC. What a rip off!!! I specifically bought these because the listed material is silicone on the item description. The only person I know that lies more than this item’s advertisement is the great high Cheeto Supreme himself. Actually, I’m pretty sure not even HE is dumb enough to sell a potentially widespread allergic material as a dangerously mislabeled product. Wait, no that’s wrong, maybe the Seller is the Great Orange Phallus of D.C. himself in disguise. In any case, don’t buy, especially if you are allergic.

USPS lost my first order of these, Amazon refunded my money. So I ordered them again, showed up on time. Really cute, I haven't worn them for any length of time yet, but they seem comfortable. They stay on on their own if I'm just walking around (if doing anything else besides that, might want to try some adhesive.) The only downside to these is that the part that goes around the bottom of your ear seems to be too big on me, it sticks out a little bit. Not a deal breaker and I might try to just trim it back a little, but just FYI if you have small earlobes it might show! Otherwise, love them.

Cute ears for an elf costume

The product description used to say that these ears are made of silicone. Now it says, "Imported odorless non-toxic environmental protection PPL material." The package clearly states these are made of LATEX. Other reviewers have pointed this out as well. While I'm not allergic, some potential customers may be. The costume ears are lightweight and sit right on top one's real ears, while the extensions wrap around the real ears to hold the costume ears in place. My costume ears probably would have stayed in place much better if I didn't wear glasses. The bows of my glasses and the extensions of these ears occupy the same space behind my real ears. As a result, the costume ears kept slipping. If I wear them again, I will try some eyelash glue, as suggested in the product description.

I got the long ones, and I have no complaints! I can still wear them without using any adhesive and have them still stay on fairly well. But if you’re wearing these to a con or doing any rigorous movement with these, you should definitely glue them. But if you’re just taking pictures or relaxing, then you don’t have to :) the material is thick and sturdy and they look adorable. Would definitely recommend them!

I wanted a pair of elf ears to wear sitting around the table playing dungeons and dragons with my friends, without having to mess with spirit gum or any kind of adhesive. These fit my criteria. Just tuck them behind your ears.

They won't stay on if you're running around at a Renaissance faire, but for me just sitting at a table they're fine.

I wish they looked a tiny bit more convincing though. There's definitely a line of real ear here/fake ear behind it, but if you cover it with your hair it's fine.
