I have chronic muscle muscle tension and knots in my neck, shoulder, traps. This device really really hits all those sweet spots. I have bought a million and one self massage devices, nothing works quite as well as this one. The pressure of the rollers is firm and goes deeply into the muscle knots. I especially love the option of having 3 speeds and 2 directions to choose from. The heat is just nice for me, it warms the cold muscles up nicely on cold nights. I sleep much better now. There's also something about the way the rollers are programmed, that you really feel like you're getting a massage from an actual pair of hands. The device is really good quality, the straps feel like soft leather. This is a really really good buy for under £40!!!

I was so excited to receive this and on arrival, I plugged it in to a socket which was switched off initially. On switching it on, the plug exploded and broke apart in my head. The loud bang caused temporary tinnitus for me, my husband and presumably our 6 month old son. I was also left with burning and tingling in my arm. After contacting my GP, I was advised to attend A&E for assessment (not where I want to be given the current pandemic). All in all, I'm more tense than I was before I bought this machine to ease my tension. I have requested a refund from Amazon and have contacted the manufacturer direct to complain.

Based on my experience, don't buy!

I was so excited to receive this and on arrival, I plugged it in to a socket which was switched off initially. On switching it on, the plug exploded and broke apart in my head. The loud bang caused temporary tinnitus for me, my husband and presumably our 6 month old son. I was also left with burning and tingling in my arm. After contacting my GP, I was advised to attend A&E for assessment (not where I want to be given the current pandemic). Having suffered neck and back pain for years and having regular trips to the chiropractor, I saw the positive reviews for this so thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This thing is amazing!
My only (very minor) criticism is the motor slows a bit under pressure but as the massaging balls are so hard, too much pressure hurts. After 5 minutes or so, you've figured out the right pressure to use.
There are 3 Speed settings, reverse mode and heat on/off. Every couple of minutes the balls reverse automatically and it has an auto shut off at 15 minutes. The wire from the mains plug is approx 2.4m long and plugs into a connector on left hand arm. It comes in a handy zip up carry bag for convenient storage. A great buy!
Given such good reviews, I shouldn’t have been worried about ordering, but couldn’t shake the feeling of buying something that’s just a bit gimmicky. Anyway, bit the bullet and went for it. So glad I did!
My husband and I are extremely pleased (so far, only question is longevity), as it certainly gives you a good kneeding. There doesnt seem to be any problem with the heating up, and it is good to see the light goes out when the heat is turned off. It’s not hot by any means and is certainly nothing like a hot bag of course, but it’s gentle warming adds something to the experience.
We both have a fairly regular sports massage and for less than the cost of one of those, I have to say we’re very happy indeed.
I have Fibromyalgia and this has been an absolute dream. You can control the pressure by how hard you pull down on the hand loops and the heating function relieves even more pain. It automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time, and the massage rotators change direction at regular intervals. It isn't small but it's not massive, mine sits like a slightly odd cushion on my sofa when not in use.
I got this back, neck and shoulder massager on sale, and I already love using it! I've had some terrible tight neck and back pain and I already feel relaxed when I start using this massager. It also provides 4 settings of speed, heat, reverse/forward the roller balls and power off/on, which make it very easy to use and make it very simple to learn and adapt to using the machine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something that will help them relax especially when dealing with some back, neck and shoulder pain.

I got this back, neck and shoulder massager on sale, and I already love using it! I've had some terrible tight neck and back pain and I already feel relaxed when I start using this massager. It also provides 4 settings of speed, heat, reverse/forward the roller balls and power off/on, which make it very easy to use and make it very simple to learn and adapt to using the machine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something that will help them relax especially when dealing with some back, neck and shoulder pain.
I've had shoulder and neck stiffness for years and after long walks or long periods of inactivity, my shoulders ache. I bought this having read the reviews online and oh boy! am I glad I did. On the neck, the massage balls hit just the right places and feel almost like having real human fingers working on the knots. Because the massage pad is a little cumbersome, it's more difficult to position it to massage the shoulders, but with a bit of perseverance and ingenuity I got it to hit the right spot. Thoroughly recommend.
Just what I needed to loosen very tight muscles from my neck to the base of my spine. Haven't tried the heat as arrived at start of heatwave! Ha ha. A good buy. I've had muscular pain for many years and this is a great gadget for relieving the tightness and stiffness.

The house’s power was knocked out. Luckily nobody was hurt, but my ears are still ringing a day later, my nerves are still tender and the plug is clearly not usable again. Now I have no way of using the product and I think I will be too scared in any case. At first I felt guilty as if I have done something wrong, but now I have read similar reviews of it exploding with other customers. Amazon gave me a full refund, but how this product has not been pulled from the market I do not understand. They will get into real trouble when somebody is seriously injured or a house burnt down.
