To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Very inaccurate. Body weight fluctuates so wildly I have no idea what I weigh. I don't mean the normal fluctuation throughout the day. I mean 3+ lbs difference after a couple hours (not eating or exercising). I wanted to test the scale so I did not drink too much water, eat or exercise in a couple hours and this scale changed my weight by 3 lbs. So I do not trust this to be accurate, which is the ONLY thing a scale should do. Nevermind fancy add-ons, just be accurate!
I find this sleek, tempered glass scale fiddly and inconsistent. I take 5 weight measurements for a guestimate at best. My purpose for purchasing the scale was to weigh a pet for medical reasons. Accuracy matters.
The scale is designed to re-calibrate upon movement for accuracy, which only sounds good in theory. Users with floor space to permanently house the scale may see better results. I store the scale in a level position in its box. I expect the scale to recalibrate and read true when placed on a hard, level floor. Not sure why the Tare function/weight metric button (LB vs. KG) live underneath the scale, requiring one to turn the scale over to select, generating further calibration— but when I see my weight read differently under the Tare function, I don't trust this scale at all.
Advertised as a white scale, this is more of a seafoam green color, at least in the lighting in my home. The picture on Amazon does not accurately reflect this fact. I am also getting different readings from this scale if I move it to different spots on the floor, but when I leave it in one spot I get the same reading consistently several times in a row. I'm honestly not sure if it is accurate or not because I have nothing to compare it to.
I read somewhere that this was the best accuracy budget scale. Maybe I was expecting too much but I can't get the same reading twice on this thing out of 10 attempts. In 10 attempts I got numbers as low as 199 and as high as 209. Tried it in the same spot, and tried moving it around and still its just constantly inconsistent.
This scale is described as accurate. Wrong! I weigh about 135 to 140 pounds. When the scale arrived, I stepped on it and it read 106 lbs. I stepped on and off a few more times, and each time it said I weigh between 101 to 106 pounds. Grossly inaccurate. What happened to quality control?
