Bra seems good quality, but I ordered my normal size and it is way to large. Disappointed with that because I wanted to use it for working out but it is to large even to wear around. All the reviews said size up and I didn’t even do that.
I really wanted this bra to work. It did not. At all. I knew immediately when I put it on, and more so after I bounced up and down and saw my boobs bouncing WAY too much with me. As my husband has clearly stated, I really need something that will strap them down. I am 5'4', 116lbs, and a 34D/34DD. I am currently nursing and trying to train for a race. I currently layer 2-3 sports bras to be able to go for a run. Since I only own 2-3 sports bras, that means I have to wash all my sports bras everyday to be able to run the next day. This is not a good system. Thus, I am on an epic search for the perfect sports bra.
Pros of this bra: 1. The color is very pretty. I ordered the purple in a 34D. It's a slightly deeper color then the photo which is nice. 2. The band is tight and the clasp seems like good quality.
Cons: 1. The straps are not adjustable. I think if I could have shortened the straps, this would have helped me hold the girls in more. 2. It allows for too much bouncing. The fabric did not hold me in at all. In fact I think my super cheap Target sports bra the is just a small is a tighter, thicker fabric and better at holding everyone in. :( 3. Fabric is a rough, not soft. I personally don't care too much about this, especially if the bra had actually held me in, but since it didn't, it also failed at being comfortable.
Per other reviews, this bra obviously works for some people. I wasn't one of them. All boobs are different, and if this bra had worked for $21 I would have been estatic. So I'm not saying don't buy it, but if you are really well endowed, I can't imagine this holding you in for high impact work outs.
I really wanted to like this sports bra, but it just didn’t work for me. The straps are adjustable, but should be thinner to adjust more smoothly and lay flat once adjusted. I ordered my regular US size first, but I did have to size up from a 34 band size to a 38... I never tried a 36 so I’m not sure if that would’ve worked cups were true to size maybe slightly small. The bra doesn’t provide any actual support in its structure. Any support provided is from tightening the arm straps ridiculously tight. There is also no separation of the breasts. Overall not happy.
I returned it. I read the reviews about how supportive it was, but it did not work for me at all. I am smaller chested, but I used to be much larger before losing the baby weight (as opposed to having a reduction, which presumably would have taken some of that extra skin). This did not provide support for me at all. I wonder if it's only helpful for larger chested women? I'm 36B and it didn't support me at all, even after tightening the straps every which way.
My cup size is consistent, but with this bra it is snug at the front and center but leaves the outer half of your breasts loose and hanging out the sides. No support for the whole chest and no good for the treadmill (and certainly not for under clothing in public, looks terrible in general.) Maybe good for very small cup sizes, but avoid if u are a D.
I really wanted to love this sports bra. I felt that it ran a little big smaller than expected (38D). I hadn't realized that the straps were adjusted by a velcro closure, it is pictured in the item description. Because of that velcro, the straps have extra sewing to hold the soft loop part of the velcro on the underside of the strap. I could feel all of this extra stitching on my shoulder blades shortly after putting it on. It definitely would have been irritating by the time I finished a workout, so I'm returning it.
