The description doesn't mention that THIS SKIRT HAS POCKETS!!!!! And they're deep, too. They hold my cell phone and it doesn't fall out. Awesome.

Also, this is a TRUE circle skirt!!! So many dresses and skirts on Amazon claim to be circle skirts but aren't. This is also a great length; I'm 5' 10" and it's below my knees and quite flattering. The fabric is thick and stiff (well, I haven't washed it yet, so it won't stay this stiff) and of great quality. This doesn't need a petticoat to have shape. This skirt will last.

Maggie Tang only failed me twice: once with a thin dress and once with a short-waisted dress, but I think that one was defective; I have 7 of her dresses and now this skirt--the best quality vintage-style brand on Amazon, without a doubt.

I have many Maggie Tang skirts and dresses, and I adore the way they hang and fit; sadly, since they raised their prices, I have not been able to get more. Recently I purchased another color of the skirt, and I was very disappointed to find that on the very first time wearing it, the zipper came completely off and left me stuck in a bathroom for half an hour trying to fix it enough to leave. I am still giving this three stars as I have purchased many of their products and they are generally beautiful and well made, but I find it sad that their craftsmanship has gone down so much and their prices up.

It swings way out when I twirl, which is exactly what I was looking for! Will be wearing it again Saturday evening. Pockets are deep and invisible. Easily carried my money in them, as well as a camera, however, the camera became a dangerous tool when I twirled so it had to go. I ordered a size larger than I wear due to the reviews and it's a little big so I could have ordered my size. Good material!

Perfect! Seems 100% cotton, has on seam pockets that lay flat, exposed back zip and wide elastic waist band in the back. Based on reviews I ordered a size XXL even though in US sizes I'm an 8-10 in pants/skirts and it fits great - I can pull the skirt on without undoing the zipper but it won't fall down. I'm only 5 feet tall and this hits a few inches below my knee. Great purchase, fast shipping, nice packaging.

I bought this skirt twice actually. i was afraid the way the reviews said it ran small that I would have a hard time with the fit. I wear a snug size large normally. I got it in a 3XL the first time and it was much too bg. I then ordered a 2x and it was good, perfect actually. So basically order 2 sizes up in my opinion.
The skirt is very well made!
