How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

2.0 out of 5 stars Hold your nose while you read this book it stinks of ideology and lacks objectivity.

The book poses questions between sections called "STUDY GUIDE" that are meant to hint toward answers that do not follow from the historical text that is presented. Unless you can project the author's ideology when reading the text, the answers are not deducible from the text. Every author has an opinion, but the unfortunate part is that this casebook fails to explain how the author arrived at his conclusions from the text.

Most books have sections that guide your

2 stars: for the online videos which are acceptable.

Retrospect: I guess you have no choice if this is your assigned casebook. But I would suggest Erwin Chemerinsky: Constitutional Law: Principles and Policies and find the full case in westlaw/lexis. You can get the case assignments from a friend.

It was the biggest book I got while in law school and I didn't really like the class. Book was good tho, I guess I mean it had the information I needed.

3.0 out of 5 stars which I am happy about. However

The book pages seem to be barely used. Some highlighting and minimal writing, which I am happy about. However, the book is really big and heavy and the seam is completely separated from the book. The only thing holding the book in place is the front and last pages of the book, so basically it is literally about to fall apart. I understand the chance taken when buying a used book but damn, for this specific product, it should be specified that the book is basically about to fall apart.

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible Condition - Barely Usable
Reviewed in the United States on 8 January 2021

The textbook came with the binding completely off. You cannot even attempt to open the book and read without the binding coming off. I expected a book in decent condition. This book is in absolutely horrible condition and I cannot believe it was even able to be rented.
