I just got the Freya Sonic Spacer and it's a comfortable bra. It is definitely a fit smaller than expected, I recommend you order up a band AND cup size, or 2-3 cup sizes if you are a projected or top heavy shape. I like that the wire comes up less high in the armpit compared to Panache, my normal go to sports bra. Sizing up in the cup in the Freya will help bring the gore to your chest, which I didn't get. I won't return mine because the fit otherwise is great for what I'm using it for. Another bonus point is the 4 hook back, quite stable, but the straps are a bit long if you're short in the torso/shoulder area - something all sports bras have in common I've found.
I ordered my regular North American size not realizing these come in UK sizes. I got lucky though, the bra still fits perfectly. My regular size is 36F which is what I ordered. I have read other reviews saying the band fits small and I agree. Since I'm usually on the tighter end of 36 it still worked out well but I am wearing it on the last hook. The cups fit me perfectly. In my opinion this 36F uk size works out to be a 34G in US size (although the tag says US 36G).
I would recommend to go up a band size and down a cup size if you don't know your uk size.
Edit: I've worn it for running a few times now and am pretty happy with it. Could be a bit more supportive for high impact but it's good enough and way better than any other sports bra I've had before. The straps stay in place without the hook in the back, and no neck or back pain. The band stretched a little bit, just enough to be comfortable. I'll definitely order another freya bra in the future.
