Good value for the price.

This is a good value set, as long as buyers realise that they are student quality colours & I wouldn't trust them not to fade over time. They also contain white, making them essentially gouache, & less transparent than you may be expecting from a set labelled as watercolour. But they aren't designed for the professional & I bought them just to play around with. I haven't done much mixing with them yet. I suspect they would be quite granular & "chalky". But the set does contain some interesting & bright colours. Made from artificial dyes, I don't think you'll find any natural pigments amongst this lot.
The tin is every bit as sturdy & well made as my very expensive Schminke tin of the same size. And this company does sell the tins of different sizes empty of pans & colour, and they're really very cheap.
I strongly suggest you make you make a colour chart before discarding the labels around the pans. The dried pans can bear little resemblance to the wash it produces, & without a colour chart you'll have trouble knowing what's what.
But overall I'm happy with the purchase & think it's good value for the price.
