I usually wear a size 6 which is a small. I figured this would run small and it does. I ordered a medium and it barely fits through the shoulders so order a size up from your regular size. It is advertised as pima cotton but the label says only 92% cotton and 8% spandex. It feels like a lot of spandex so I hope it will be cool enough. On the plus side, it is pretty cute.
The color, cut AND the embossed logo on the back of the shirt... could be easily confused with those of a Lululemon shirt. But let me tell you, it surely does not feel like one, for the following reasons: 1) it does not breath as well. wear it on a hot and humid day and you will see what i mean 2) the fabric feels less soft against the skin. (feels like paper tissues, and not Charmin) Verdict: don't buy it. Go ahead and buy lululemon. Yeah, it costs more, but it is more comfortable and you deserve it.
So I returned this— the fabric is similar to the long-sleeve versions I already own, however the cut is completely different. It would be great (and I think profitable) if makers would consider increasing the sizes they offer. Looking at what clothing sizes sell out first, opportunities are being missed!
This is the only item I've ordered from this brand that did not fit as depicted in the photo. This shirt is actually quite long. It covered my bum and actually looked a bit sloppy on me. I'm 5'4" with a short torso and ordered according to the size chart. Perhaps if you are taller, have a medium to longer torso and wanted something to hit mid-hip/mid-bum, then this would be the ticket for you.
It’s the simple green shirt it appears to be in the picture, but it’s bigger than the size indicates. I’m small, but even the XS that’s supposedly 0/2 was too wide in all of the wrong places on me. If you’re debating the leggings or shorts, though, my daughter and I are very pleased with the ones we got. We had to return the tops, though, because they were all too big.
mehh.. somewhat flattering... I ordered 4 tops and 2 pairs of shorts from CRZ, all of the "PIMA cotton" feel rough, thin and, stretchy not like soft, thicker llemon clothing. I kept 1 top but returned everything else. The shorts were off in the waist, returned.
