Lower thighs/knees are too tight for rest of pants

From my tall wife: Love that these pants are sooo long. The length is PERFECT! But, the lower thigh/knee area is totally off in sizing. Why are the pants so tight here? The boot cut leg starts just below the knee and the roominess is perfect. The waste and hips of the pants also fit perfectly--snug but not tight. But the lower thighs/knees are fit as if I am a 3xl wearing a medium-sized pair of skinny-pant tights. Very strange! Btw, I do not have disproportionately large knees/lower thighs in comparison to the rest of my bod :-) Btw, if I had realize that these were coming from the US when I purchased them, I would not have bought them. It is going to cost me more to return them than I paid for them!

I washed and dried these pants and put them on the next day. On our way to run errands I looked down at my leg and found a hole in the seam on my left leg. I can fix it, but that's not the point. Quality control was obviously a bit lacking with this pair of yoga pants. Otherwise they are a great thickness and feel great.

After just four or five wearings the black and the graphite grey pair are starting to come unstitched at the waist band. The black one at the top of the band, the graphite gray one at the bottom of the vand. Otherise they fir well and are comfortable. But I no longer have my sewing machine, so I am afraid they will have to go back. These pairs are 92% cotton and 8% elastane. They are far more comfortable than the light grey pair.
The light gray pair I ordered seem to be made from a different company. The company logo is printed rather than embroidered like the other two psir and it is wearing off after two washings. It is also made of a completely different material it is 30% cotton, 10% elastane and 69% polyester. It is pilling rather badly.

Can't put too large and too small on the "how does the product fit?" part....Anyway, I ordered a 34" inseam, received a 36" inseam. I like my pant legs a little longer, but these are ridiculous. Also, they are not bootcut. More flare than any bootcut I've worn before. The fabric is a bit on the thin side as well: I can see the color of the skin on my knees as well as my undies, when I squat in these. Very little compression, either. It feels like I'm wearing glorified tights. I'm a L-XL for most brands, but I've never shopped for bottoms online before, so I ordered up in size. So, for an XXL, I thought they'd be quite a bit loose before washing. These are already quite a bit snug. I'm going to have to return these, and just go in person to try something on before I buy it. Oh well.

I ordered these xxl ink 34 inseam because I had two pair already and they were perfect. I am in a nursing home until my broken ankle is healed. I needed these so I could have some pants that would fit over the splint. I love the ink color. Unfortunately, these are not a 34” inseam, more like 28” or 30.” I am very disappointed since I am unable to send them back for an exchange; my husband was taken to the hospital this morning. Sorry to get personal. I am frustrated that these are too short. Yes, I can wear them like this while in a wheel chair but wouldn't go out in them when my ankle heals!

I normally wear size 20 pants, so when I got these I sized up just to be safe. I ordered the 3XL which the size chart says is comparable to size 22-24.

Well they were delivered yesterday and I can barely blast myself into them. These look like nice pants, I would really like to be able to wear them. I would exchange them for an even larger size but right now 3XL is the largest size available.

Either I received two pairs of pants that were not made correctly, or the sizing chart is completely wrong. Unfortunately I will have to return them. They are very nice pants at a good price otherwise.
