No washing instructions on mats

Invoice ASE-DS-INV-GB-2021-106885352 I purchased these bathmats a month ago and was very pleased with them. Today I washed them, but first looked for washing instructions on the back, but none were there. I presumed they would be OK to put in the washing machine and spin dryer. When I removed them I found the lining on one was damaged, and the mats had lost there even 'bubbly' look and were very uneven. I have taken photos as proof. I have seen just now that on the order page it does specify how to wash the mats. However, I would have expected an instruction as a reminder on the mat itself.

Originally I had given this 5 stars, as these rugs are very soft and absorbent. At the time, though, I had not yet washed them. This royal blue color was a replacement set for the mis-named "baby blue" color (which was really a sort of "seafoam blue-green") and didn't match the ancient blue tub my spouse had. So I replaced the rugs with the "royal blue" rugs (shown here... but are in reality much BRIGHTER) and purchased this shower curtain (as suggested by Amazon) to go along with the rugs. Great combo in my opinion.

BUT, after machine-washing, these royal blue rugs lost their shape... looking like a blue teddy-bear that a kid had dragged around for 10 years.

I loved these rugs as far as how they feel, but the first time I washed them, the backing came loose from the rug. The backing also shrunk a bit so they didn't lay correctly unless I stretched them before putting them on the floor. I washed them on the regular setting with warm water. I've kept using them, but am shopping for another brand because I'm afraid they will completely fall apart in the wash.

Oh no, you guys! This is my 5th wash and this time I noticed this crusty type polymer and it was over everything. Washer, dryer, other clothes. So what has happened is the layer between the top and bottom has dissolved its composition. Not right away but still with lots of life left. Since the bottom is a porous surface the micro fiber particles released from the bottom. Its everywhere. I will need to throw these away, as I dont even feel comfortable donating them because I'm sure you are not supposed to be exposed to this material on the daily. Purchased these a few months ago, washed them hand full of times. This product would be perfect if it were not for the middle, padding part because I really like the top. Bummer.

These rugs are okay for display, but they quickly lose their shape. While the backing is nice for laundering because it is not rubber, it is not enough to keep the rug down: the slightest touch will push it out of shape. Do not buy for a bathroom with regular traffic as they will not hold up and have to be constantly adjusted. They are now coming apart.

I think the loops could be denser. I think the larger rug could be a bit larger and the contour one doesn’t fit my rectangle toilet base! Love that rich navy color and the feel! Here it is right at 6 mos. old and these rugs are falling apart! Due to Covid no visitors so on its second wash and hanging to dry the backing is coming off only held on by a sewing thread! Completely away from rug the backing! What's the deal this is in our guest bathroom not used maybe once! HELP!

Not great had crease in the middle

I've ordered the 3 piece bathroom set after so many good reviews. I'm surprised how many like these mats, maybe they don't have a middle crease due to folding them in to half for shipping. I do see few people mentioning about this. The crease make them look wierd as they don't sit flat on the floor. The quality was intermediate, I can not comment on the absorbency and cleaning as I've returned them next day without even using them. I'm glad that they are free return eligible.
