Product seems of great quality, the fabric and seams appear very resistant. But the size was off in such a manner that I returned it and I am not ordering a replacement.
I took my measurements before ordering (30" waist, 42" hips) and decided I would order size 12 (32" waist, 42" hips). I figured it would fit my caboose and sit below my waist, as all pants do.
In reality, it fitted my thighs ok, but there was a lot of extra room in the front and even more at the waist, where the gaping was beyond what a belt could handle.
I laid the pants flat and measured them: 35" waist, 44" hips. Not only the measurements, but the proportions are off. I decided against ordering a size 10, or 8, since it is likely to be too tight on the thighs and still gaping at the waist... not recommended for an hourglass figure. I've worn men's pants that fits me better.
So frustrating I ordered a size 8 measured etc ( my normal pant size ) arrived extremely large , returned with no problem. Ordered size smaller arrived extremely large went down another size still way too big - I’m happy that my size 8 butt is considered a 0 but it’s getting too frustrating so I am not ordering again.
The fabric is great for cool weather - soft, thick, tough. The size though. Yikes. Super super long legs and huge hips/butt/long crotch/wide legs with a tight belt region. Crazy. I ordered a size or two down, but these are super baggy. Too bad, because tgd pockets are human adult sized snd correctly placed / not girlie doll pockets. G th gears not “curvy”, just too baggy. I’m not curvy - thought tgese would work. They don’t.
After reading all kinds of reviews, I bought 2 sizes larger than I normally wear, and they fit comfortably at my waist, but had a huge flare at the ankle, like I was wearing bell bottoms. Every pair of dickies I have tried is too tight on the waist or cut weird. I may be tempted to still wear it if it were cheaper, but it is getting returned, and I will spend a bit more $ for a good construction pant that fits well.
Trying to love these pants but I’m getting really frustrated with the inconsistent sizing. I’m usually an 8-10, but needed a 6 in the Duck Brown colored pants. Those fit perfectly so I ordered 3 pairs of the moss green color in a 6 (and actually received two 6s and one 16...) and they are way too small in this color. They fit like I would expect a 6 to, but completely inconsistent with Dickies sizing in the same pant of a different color. Very frustrating. Will have to send all of them back.
These pants are nice. They’re especially in the green, but the tan ones? It’s like everything is different even though the tan and green ones are the “same.” The sizing is different. I wear a 4, bought a 4, they fit like a 6. The side pockets on the side are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller on the brown/tan ones versus the green.
I am using these pants for work. I work for the Railroad industry. I liked these pants initially...the double front adds extra durability for being on the knees and the extra pockets are what I always need also....The only negative is that the seam in the crotch came loose after just 3 washes. So, not as rugged as I thought.
The pants are tight going on but get loose by mid day. Definitely need a belt with these pants. Biggest dislike is the front pockets. They are small, cannot even hold a cellphone. They also show the white fabric of the inner pockets while wearing them or just washed...Will not be buying again. Should have stuck with buying the mens pants, as they are so much better.
