The dress is form fitting but has some spandexy compression. I bought a small (5'2", 113 lbs) and felt it was slightly too tight, especially in the bust. The fabric is sort of industrial but you get what you pay for. The dress went to my knees, which gives it a more conservative look than I had in mind.
