The material make sounds when rubbed against each other. Also, the waist band folds down even when you've just pulles them up. The worst thing is that your knees are really, really restrained in them. Can't even walk properly in these because the material wont stretch, so your knees are retrained and can't bend. Worst pants I've ever owned.
I have worn these less than 6 times, and the seams in the waist band have already come out and caused the band to unravel. Sizing is correct, so it was not that causing an issue. Not thrilled at all. 10/10 would not purchase again. Also became uncomfortable after being laundered, almost scrunchy...? Not thrilled
I am just about 5'8, ~125 lbs and almost always wear a size small or size 4, occasionally a size 2 in dress pants. (And 0 at LOFT!) I was taken aback by how small the waist was when I pulled these pants out of the package and could not even get them over my hips. I am a slim hourglass with shoulders proportional to hips, so I'm not particularly bottom-heavy or anything. I have 2 pairs of Rekucci slim straight pants in size 4 and while one pair is slightly smaller than the other, I can get them over my hips with a little wiggle and then they fit well. Slim and fitted but NOT tight. I don't like tight, form-fitting clothes, particularly for the office (so unprofessional) and tend to err on the side of things being oversized so I don't understand how people are saying these fit true to size. I also have the Rekucci straight leg pants with tummy control in size 4 and those are sized even more generously so these were a surprise. If I reorder, I will need a size 6 or maybe even a size 8.
I've owned these pants for three weeks. I've worn them maybe twice each week. They don't fit great. I am a 14 and I ordered a 16 due to my experience with this brand and how hard it can be to get pants over the hips. They are really comfy. However - I am sitting at work right now with a jacket tied around my waist because at some point today (not sure when, I only realized a bit earlier) the seam where the fake pockets hit on my butt split completely. Which means part of my butt cheek can be seen if I shift the at all. Soooo, yeah wouldn't recommend.
