I purchased 2 pairs of these in small. This striped pair fitting a little better then other. Runs very large for a small. Im 5.2 120 lbs so I don't complain about length especially when headline description says LONG...LOL.. So I always expect things to be a tad bit to long, nothing an easy roll up or quick alteration can fix, but they were huge and so baggy at waist. They fit me like a large compared to every other draw string pant I own, and I own A LOT. I live and love these light weight style sweats. I Freelance and never know what temp conditions will be in any work environment from day to day. These were cute but waste fit very non flattering and droopy. I could replace for extra small, but never before was that small. I will definitely return, they are cute, but for price and the fit I can go to Ross or Tjmaxx and find designer styles cheaper that fit. These just kept drooping off my hips. I am a mother of 4 and have hips to prove. Even when tightening string they would loosen after 15 minutes after actively working.
I got the rainbow fuzzy pants and they are extremely uncomfortable. I know these pants were a little bit different than all the other options so I cannot speak for any of the other styles. The outsides are definitely soft and fuzzy, but the insides are not at all. There is an itchy meshy texture that does not make this style comfortable to wear. I actually put on leggings underneath so the texture didn't rub against my skin. They fit perfectly, and so far they haven't fallen apart or anything... just not comfortable.
These drawstring pants are cute and were almost perfect, except for one major design flaw. *This review is about the light grey with black leg stripe. Not all the styles are constructed the same.* There is a 2 inch wide elastic band in the waist band. The drawstring is basically a decorative addition. This band of elastic is tight and not easily forgiving. I have a very small waist, so it’s not terrible when I am standing (& maybe sucking in my gut a little), but the moment I sit and relax, it’s pretty tight on my mid-section. For reference, I am 5’4”, 108lbs, 26” waist. I bought the small. The length is great. I love that there are pockets. And as for the rest of the pant, it is cute, fairly comfortable, and good for walking/yoga/lounging. The material is lightweight, but not see through. It’s just too bad that there is an uncomfortable, unforgiving, wide band of elastic at the waist. Make sure you look closely at the photos provided here to see the waistline. Some of them look like the drawstring is sewn in properly and that they might have more give at the waist, where others (like the pair I bought) just have a plain looking waist band. I honestly should have returned them and gotten another pair of the Amazon Terry Joggers, but I waited too long. Maybe I can find someone who knows how to sew to take the elastic band out and then I could use the drawstring as it’s intended.
These joggers fit great. They have deep pockets, and are cut very comfortably and fashionably. They are pretty itchy, however. Too itchy for me to lounge or exercise in them. I'm not extremely sensitive about fabrics, but I try to only wear cotton to minimize the opportunity. I washed them and removed the tags hoping the itchy seams and scratchy feel would soften, but no luck. I gave them to my wife, who is not sensitive about fabric sensations at all. She agrees they are itchy but it doesn't bother her. These pants look great, but if you're at all sensitive about itchy fabrics, you might be disappointed.
I needed comfy clothes during my working from home days. I’ve ordered three of these. Here’s my experience:
I ordered the camo in a large (I’m 5 ft and weigh 150 lbs) and they were way too wide and long. I kept them anyway. But if you want the fitted jogger look, go like two sizes smaller!
Then I ordered the dark gray with black stripe on the side in a size Medium, but received an XL. The bag it came in said Medium but the joggers were an XL. I returned those.
Then I got the black ones with the short white stripes on the sides down by the ankles in a medium. Still too long. If you’re short you need to search for “Capri” joggers so they can fit like the models. I should have ordered a small and I normally wear a large. I kept these but I’m done ordering from them.
I had purchased this item some time ago but just recently got to wear it. I was shocked that it fit me so well, as I am petite 4'11". The waist -band is made with a very wide piece of elastic that does not give at all. I washed it for the first time and this elastic band crunched up inside the material that I can't straighten it out and it will not lay flat on my body. I am so disappointed since the material and length are great.
These sweatpants are okay for the price, okay to use as pajamas, which was my intent. However the description of the closure being drawstring is not true. It has a wide elastic band, not adjustable at all. Instead of a drawstring, it has two strings sewed at the front of the band, which do nothing whatsoever.
