The book is good, but never buy this from Amazon.
The book gives the online access for the content but the coupon to access must be present at the back cover of the book. But they take it off before selling it to you- was same with my case.
It is better to buy it offline.

Dented, 1/3 pages of book is broken and almost off from bind

Not exactly new item, I'd say. The book comes dented and this dent causes 1/3 of pages to almost off from it's bind. It's very difficult to open those pages. Moreover, only the book comes damaged and the box didn't, seems that the shop's sorting doesn't even care if they sell a damaged book to customer.
