To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The shoe for my daughter was a full size too small. Very unusual for a name brand. Have been attempting to get this returned but the seller was insistent that BEFORE they would send me a prepaid label I needed to place another order for the bigger size. Did that ... still have not heard about my prepaid return label. At this point BUYER BEWARE.
I'll start with the pros - these shoes are cute af. They look amazing! And they fit generally pretty true to size. My beef with this shoe is they kill my ankles! They drew blood. I made the mistake of wearing them to a concert and partway through the show I had to bend the back part down like a mule so they would stop rubbing my already raw ankles. I have had trouble with other Pumas, sometimes you just have to wear them a bit to get them to fit right. I don't think these shoes will ever get there! I wore them to the movies, I was sitting and not doing anything, and they STILL hurt my ankles. I own them and they look so good, so I'll still periodically try them and hope to eventually stretch them out, but it's been a full year since I got them and they still hurt me, so at least you've been warned. They just don't want to be worn, hence the 1 star review.
I already have a pair of these I bought from puma.com. I thought they’d be the same. But these don’t look like mine at all and the black bottom is already coming off like paint. The shoe isn’t comfortable at all. It’s fake! I want my money back.
