I was really pleased with this product at first. It was great value for money, or so it seemed. It was delivered at the beginning of February 2020 to power our spare vacuum cleaner. We do use it twice a week and it is charged and discharged in line with the battery manufacturers guidelines on the Amazon page. After 5 months, the battery no longer charges. We have tried using a different Dyson wall charger to rule that out and still, the battery won't charge. The blue flashing lights indicate it is taking a charge, after 3.5 hours, nothing. To say that I am disappointed after 5 months of use is an understatement. I cannot find a way to replace the item through the supplier or through Amazon. Surely products come with a warranty of some kind. As the product was supplied and shipped from within Australia (according to suppliers Amazon page) it should be covered under Australian Consumer Law. I am aware that a battery is consumable but it should last longer than 5 months with the limited use I've given it.
