Von diesem Oberteil habe ich mir gleich ein paar Exemplare in unterschiedlichen Farben bestellt, da ich für zuhause ein paar günstige bequeme mittelwarme Shirts brauchte. Das äusserst angenehme und sehr weiche Material kannte ich schon von anderen Daily Ritual Klamotten. Bei diesem Modell fand ich den Gummizug im unteren Bereich der Ärmel praktisch, damit diese bei kleineren Haus- und Terrassenarbeiten zwischendurch schnell aus dem Weg sind und nicht immer wieder nach unten rutschen.

Letzteres klappt zwar wunderbar, aber genau der Gummizug ist es auch, weshalb ich einen Stern abziehe, denn die verarbeiteten Gummibänder sind leider nicht so angenehm auf der Haut - irgendwie zu schmal so dass leicht das Gefühl von Einschneiden entsteht wenn man die Ärmel nach oben schiebt und dann fühlt es sich auch leicht kratzig an, da man direkt das „wulstige“ aufgenähte Gummiband auf der Haut hat, hier fehlt mir definitiv eine Lage vom weichen Stoff zur Gummibandabdeckung.

Ich schlage den „glockigen“ Teil nun einfach nach innen, damit wird es sofort viel angenehmer und zuhause muß es ja auch nicht perfekt aussehen, unterwegs würde ich das Oberteil aber so nicht unbedingt tragen. Auch der Schnitt wäre mir für unterwegs zu „ballonartig“, dafür aber keinen Sterneabzug weil ich das ja vorher wußte und das für zuhause rum auch sehr bequem ist. Der Schnitt allgemein ist eher großzügig - evtl. also eine Nummer kleiner bestellen.

Fazit: Zum regulären Preis hätte ich die Shirts wahrscheinlich nicht behalten. Da sie aber supergünstig waren und ich durch Einschlagen der Ärmelenden das Kratz- und Einschneideproblem umgehen kann, durften sie bleiben und so trage ich sie (zuhause) auch recht gerne!

I like this sweater/sweatshirt combo. The material is sweater like but it’s cut like a sweatshirt with a little flare at the wrist. The material is so soft. Loose fitting and comfortable. Could wear around the house but could also see adding a collared shirt or underneath or accessories to dress up.

Nice but....

So this is a nice, soft, oversized and cozy sweater. I am 5'7" and 135lbs(ish) and the small is a great fit. I like sweaters like this to be a bit larger, but not over sized. Lets just say, its not skin tight and if I have a burrito for lunch, we're all good! My complaint here though, the sleeves are supposed to be gathered around the wrist. I love that feminine touch. However, they aren't gathered enough so they're a bit baggy and almost look borderline sloppy around my wrists. I did not see a way to tighten them, but I tried it on and washed it. I will try on again tonight and provide photos. Otherwise, I love a good,cozy, black sweater and this fits the bill for the most part.

Another super soft and so cozy top from Daily Ritual. This has nice sleeves, with elastic at the cuff and the gathers over the hand. The weight is not heavy, good for spring or fall or cool summer evenings. This is very loose fitting and boxy, not fitted at all. I can wear a medium or large in a top, just depending on the style and how loose I want it (I prefer loose clothes), and I could have gotten a medium in this but am happy with the large. It can be machine washed and machine dried.

I love this brand and line of clothing. The material is so soft and comfortable to wear. I mostly like this shirt. The material is a nice thickness, not too thick and not too thin. The sleeves have a little flare at the ends. My issue is that the sleeves seem longer than normal to me. They do have elastic so I can push them up a little, otherwise they mostly cover my hands. I’ll wear the shirt but it’s not my favorite.
