To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
We always used Cottonelle at home it two bathrooms. But some time ago, when the pandemic started, supplies on all products were limited and had to look at other products. So, for as long as it lasted, I was ordering Amazon's Presto paper but it disappeared. So I ordered two large boxes of Cottonelle again. Yes, we are satisfied with the product. But on the last visit to Walmart, we saw this at a lower cost. Not sure if it is a usual or sale price. so we'll have to watch it. There is one advantage, on Amazon, I have Prime service, so I don't have to travel to get stuff, so there may be a big enough saving there to warrant buying here.
It's so difficult to find just what you need in TP when each company offers multiple marketing gimmicks, like single, double, triple rolls. Cottonelle isn't fooling anyone by how much they have cut the length of each roll core, so they are taking advantage of us in that way and the reason for fewer than 5 stars. But the rolls in this particular offer are thick with many sheets so that it touches the wall of my wall mounted dispenser. So with the number of rolls, this is a good value for the price specifically in comparison with other Cottonelle offers and other brands.
3.5 stars. I pictured this as somehow having less plastic, but it is a cardboard box with all the individual packaging inside, which does prevent moisture from entering the rolls, but is still a disappointingly excessive amount of plastic. The paper doesn't "shed" on use like so many, and it's a decent size roll. While it's a big box with several rolls, this one has thinner paper than smaller formats. It did flush well with no trouble. All in all, it's okay, but a bit overpriced for the amount you get.
This is a very soft toilet paper that also works well to keep us clean. My biggest issue with the toilet paper is that it is very linty. Also note that the rolls are a touch narrower than other brands, but only just a touch. And, while labelled as mega rolls, these rolls are the standard size you think of when you think of toilet paper rolls.
