And the suport doenst respond to that question still! After three emails foe update I'm writing this review. PLS BEWARE WHEN YOU USE YOUR EXPENSIVE MONITORS ON THIS!
Cheap and strong for what it is. The base is a little large for liking but it’s made to be able as stable as it is. The middle connector piece was the most difficult part to understand as instructions does not talk about how to loosen them.(you will need to use a small hex screwdriver to loosen it a little) besides that’s it’s worth for what it costs. Plus it’s one of the few than can change elevation of the monitors as well.
I like everything about it. I have an LG 29" UltraWide on the bottom (about 2.5inchs off of the desk), and a HP Z32X (which is pretty heavy) on top. They meet just below eye level. I still have room to bring the monitors about 10" higher if I needed to. The bottom monitor is on a tilt upwards, and the top monitor tilts downward.
I bout this for a new monitor that gave me about a lb of wiggle room according to the weight limits and it can't even hold it up. I've tightened the tilt as much as it'll go and it still just slowly sags until it's facing downwards once again. For the smaller monitor it works great just make sure your monitors are far under the weight limit in order for this to work at all.
The 3 main parts are damaged. There's no way shipping did this damage. The 2 poles have severe damage & are bent, so the threaded ends cannot screw into the other parts. The base is also damaged & severely damaged on 1 side. They are more like the steel parts were damaged before they were packed & there's no way the packer didn't see this damage. I've left messages to try & get replacement parts & no one has called me back.
