I am not sure if I received a poor product or what, but I ordered two of these bath mats. One of them is fine and the other is off. Appearance wise, the back of them look different from each other. I washed both of them (because I wash everything before use), and one mat dried just fine (the one with the white backing) while the other won't completely dry at all (the one with the gray backing). I've dried it in the dryer multiple times and even sat it in the sun hoping it would dry. It has been two days now and when you step on it, it is still wet. Must be a defect in the mat. Also, the mat is not non-slip. I was bathing my child last night and the rug slipped out from under me. I regret buying these. My bath mat from Walmart is much better than this one is. I don't know why it has so many good reviews. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

I just laundered my three bath mats according to cleaning instructions. Afterwards, the top materials is loose and I cannot stretch it smooth, despite quite a lot of effort to get it to stretch back out smoothly. See photo I attached. I am not a fan of this product. I had to return one bath mat due to misshapen size in general. Now, after the allowed return time, I am stuck with three bath mats that don't launder well. I would like a refund of my money. I will update this after contact with Seller on ease of contact with them, and their customer service on this problem.

This smelled terrible when I took it out of the packaging and it was folded and creased. There were limited options for rugs at stores near me and I am trying to limit my exposure at stores because of the virus. So I kept this and washed it. That got rid of most of the smell. It’s not as thick as a similar option I bought at Walmart and have had for years. It’s okay for now to save money, but I wouldn’t buy this again.

Will not lay flat

I wanted to love this rug because of the softness and color. However, the corners roll up and it will not lay flat. I hope it lays down over time, but I do not think that will happen because it appears the binding is too tight. I am keeping it because my cat loves to lay on it. It is very soft.
