The product was a bed base. It arrived very quickly. Unfortunately 1 component (B) of the base was defective. Zinus replaced that component. Unfortunately it did not match the original base in either colour (black instead of natural) or material (all steel instead of timber and steel). At their request we had previously described it in great detail and with clear photos. Also the address was incorrect. Even though we alerted Zinus, the courier needed to ring us when he arrived at the wrong address to find out the correct address and then it was delivered. Finally we were able to improvise a repair job to the original defective component by drilling 2 new bolt holes into a leg so it matched the mis-aligned thread holes in the component (called B). We could have done this earlier but we thought it should have been correct in the first place.
