I found the size chart confusing and was not sure what size to order. I recently had breast reduction and with compression bra on my measurements are 31 under bust and 37 at fullest part of bust. I believe that would make me a 32DDD. Prior to surgery I wore a 36DDD or Jockey My fit size 34/8. I believe my size would have been a 34G if I could have found it.
Pros: The band on the Medium I purchased fits great and the bra offers fairly comfortable fit and I like the padding and that the band comes down a bit on my torso to avoid hitting on the incisions. It is much more comfortable and provides better compression then the surgical bra I was sent home with.
Cons: Needs larger cup size. I have to wear it along with another bra over it for the needed compression on the top half of my breast. There is not enough coverage. This being said, the combo of 2 bras is still better than the surgical bra provided.
Conclusion: Would purchase again if more sizes were available. It is well made, comfortable and does what it is supposed to.
I got these tops for my wife who had open heart surgery last week. She needed a top that could be more open in the front to let her incision heal. So I used the size chart listed and ordered accordingly. The size we got on the tag was correct but there’s no way it was even remotely going to fit. Everything was going fine until we tried to close it. It had comfort and easy to put on but the sizing was all wrong which is why I gave it a 3. If you need something like this order 2 sizes bigger and it should fit.
I needed a back up post surgical bra and looked at several, reading all the reviews, I ordered this one. Turns out it's the exact same one I got from my surgeon. I had the same problem with this bra as I did with the one from my doctor. The XXL was to big, and the XL was to tight. According to the size chart on this bra, I should wear a large! I returned this bra! I can totally understand the reviews though, this bra would be very comfortable if you find the size that works for you! The material is very soft and feels good on your skin! The quality is also very good! I wish it would have fit! As a reference I wear a 36DD at Victoria Secrets
I recently had an explant and mastopexy (lift) and purchased this as an alternative to the surgical bra provided by my surgeon. I am a now a very small A cup and purchased the medium sized bra that should accommodate a 36A. I normally wear a 34 band, but I'm 5'10'' and worried the small wouldn't fit. One thing I think everyone will appreciate is that the band sits low enough that it won't aggravate your incisions - it fits snugly and puts the right amount of compression on the area. However - this bra is not a great option for those recovering after explants. The cup is just too large for an A cup. Another thing I'm finding annoying is that the straps are impossible to adjust - the hook is too large to slip out of the sleeve ... You can see this if you zoom in on the product shot. Overall - fit on the band is snug (a bit small but not uncomfortable), but the large cups and straps that won't adjust left me feeling unsupported.
This bra is extremely better looking than the ugly white surgical bra. They keep your breast nice and separate and supported. The only issue that I have (that is pretty hard to get over) is that the band is not soft or flexible. Its almost feels like sleeping in underwire. My ribs are super sore. I tend to wear this bra during the day and the surgical bra at night.
All of my bras are 40D but this is so small I could not pull it across the from of me. It shows adjustments for sizing and I thought that would help, but what I received only has the zipper front no other adjustments. If I had gone to the next size up it might fit tight like a sports bra but I thought this would fit snug enough to hold all in place. Too tight and no adjusting to make it larger. The material is soft.
I bought these for post op, but never wore them since they didn’t fit. Unfortunately, I waited until after my surgery to try them on. By that time it was too late to return them. They are not true to size, they run small. So, if you wear a 36/A order a Large. The medium is for a 32-34. They’re very tight. I wish I could exchange them or get my money back, but I’m out three bras. I will probably sell them on my FB group now.
I normally wear a different brand of sports-bra that I 100% love. But due to a recent shoulder injury, I temporarily need to wear a front-close bra. I read the glowing reviews of this bra, so I thought I'd give it a try. I mostly like it... but I wish I'd known that the straps are so stretchy! There is no support AT ALL due to the stretchy straps! I am only a B-Cup and I'm experiencing some serious bounce!
I just had breast surgery and purchased this bra in the size indicated in hopes that I would have lots of support while taking walks. Maybe it’s me, but the jiggle is real and I was not yet comfortable using this bra for walking. Perfect support for sleeping while healing though.
This product run small so order up. I'm 5 foot 3 and weigh a hundred and forty-five lb and I ordered the extra large in nude and it fits on the largest setting. I ordered the black and it was much smaller so I'm having to send that back an extra order a 2XL, can you believe that? I had breast augmentation surgery to a c cup, seriously order up one or two band sizes. Otherwise the cups and the support sides and shoulder straps are comfortable.
