Had to change my review. Order a pair of L black leggings from running girl. Received them & they were comfy & squat proof. Overall look was great! But within 2 weeks found a random ripped hole in the thigh area. Contact the store & they politely accommodated me w/ a new pair of leggings. That was very professional & they responded very quickly. But again....a week or so later another hole in the new leggings! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I gave you 2 stars because communication was good. But overall product unfortunately wasn’t to good.
The color is nice. Fabric is soft but very thin and not very supportive. It only has 12% spandex, so it is not actually "compression." I didn't see the fabric content on the description, so I was taking a chance on these. They are soft an comfy, so if that's what you want, great choice. If you are looking for something that holds you in, you need to look for at least 20% spandex. The higher, the better. As a point of reference, Spanx is 40%.
They’re just ok leggings. I got size medium in black. I’m 5’6” 125 lbs, mostly legs. The length comes to just above my ankles. Very high waisted which is nice when squatting, however they are not squat-proof; if you wear any panties with them, the whole gym will be able to see them if you bend over.
These are probably good casual wear leggings, but if you’re trying to workout in them, I don’t recommend it. I’ve done about 3 high-intensity workouts in these leggings since receiving them, and they are very thick, stiff, and make you feel like you’re swimming in your own sweat. It’s just a very uncomfortable feeling. I’d give these more stars if they were moisture-wicking and more flexible.
These were just okay. They’re not the comfiest, and personally I did not find them that flattering. I’m 5’5”, and they were too long on me, so the contouring was off as well. I don’t feel like they are the highest quality (I was hoping they could be a gym shark dupe, but I’ll stick to the real thing next time). I personally wouldn’t buy these again.
When you pull them up where their supposed to sit, you get cameltoe. If you pull down on them to prevent cameltoe, the butt part is saggy. So there's no winning. They also aren't flattering on the butt, they actually make my butt look flatter, which is disappointing. Other brands don't do that.
They were so comfortable but when I bent over they were see through so I had to return them. I also have a decent sized bottom so that could be why? I’m usually a size 10-12 in pants and ordered a large. Fit well.
For reference I'm 5"6 close to 150lbs. Medium fits true to size. But i did try the large and it gave me a little more wiggle room but was a little lose behind the knees and longer in length. So unless your up for getting them hemmed or rolling them up. As for color purple and pink weren't squat proof for me. Pink even more so than purple. Me personally i like the green and black. But to my surprise in a different light i came to find that none of the colors are really squat proof.
I purchased these in December and loved them! The way they fit and being squat proof and all. However, I noticed after a few wears and washes they started to get damaged. I have a big hole now on the leg part 😩
