This bra is in NO WAY suitable for high impact activities, or even low/medium impact activities. It is the thinnest possible material that did not support my bust while standing still. I knew when I bought it that it was a cheaper/inexpensive option and expected that it wouldn't stand up to a super intense workout. But this was absolutely ridiculous. My mom used to say, "If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Sorry that I wasted my time on this junk. My advice to you is don't bother.
I think if I wanted to spend the time to shorten the straps about 7 inches then they might fit correctly. Who the hell are you all trying these on that the straps are so long and NOT adjustable??? Grape Ape?? Seriously. I want somebody to post a video of them running in these. I’m not talking about a beer cup I’m talking about a real woman triple D. “Sports bra” Hahahaha!!!!
horrible bra for bigger chested women... the padding didn't fit in the bra correctly, every time i moved the top part of the bra went under my breast and my breasts fell out of the bra ( a beautiful muffin top look :/).. i would return it but i already worn it and not sure if i can after being worn once.
I don't know what proportions were used when they designed these but the shoulder straps were way too long and provide no vertical support/lift. Sadly, they are not adjustable either. Unless your boobs are situated in the viscinity of your navel, these bras don't help much!
